Kylie McLean is IBM's first Chief Digital Officer for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Kylie leads IBM’s Digital Business Group which is missioned to help transform the way IBM engages and partners with the burgeoning technology ecosystem of clients, developers, start-ups and academia.
Kylie leads the company’s digital strategy, sales and routes to market and aims to deliver an unparalleled experience interacting with IBM across every touchpoint.
Prior to re-joining IBM, Kylie was Clients & Market Leader at Advisian, the Global Advisory practice of Worley Parsons. Previously she was the Clients and Markets Director for Deloitte Australia as well as holding a number of senior leadership roles in strategy, marketing, and operations at Deloitte Australia. Prior to this, she held Client Executive, Channel Management and Marketing Management roles at IBM in the U.K.
Kylie holds a Bachelor or Education from the Queensland University of Technology and a Market Management degree from the Alliance Manchester Business School
She enjoys many sports, having previously studied Sport Science and serving as the CEO of Softball NSW.
